01 — Fibre selection
Starting with the Right Wool
Performance begins at the fibre level. We select high-micron wool with the density, resilience and natural crimp required for demanding carpet applications.
Each lot is assessed for consistency before it enters production, helping ensure the yarn performs predictably from one batch to the next.
02 — Yarn construction
Built for Structure
The way wool is spun and plied determines how it behaves in a finished carpet. Our yarn construction balances bulk, strength and recovery for a stable, enduring pile.
Controlled twist levels and consistent yarn counts help carpet manufacturers achieve the texture, coverage and performance their specifications demand.
03 — Dyeing
Colour That Holds
Colour fastness is the result of the entire dyeing system: the quality of the wool, the dyestuffs used, and the dyeing and fixing process. Good wool provides the right foundation, but it is the combination of all three that determines final performance.
We control temperature, pH, dye concentration, fixation time and post-dye washing to support uniform colour absorption and dependable performance. Wool percentage alone does not define how colour will perform over time.
Our specifications distinguish between resistance to fading from light and UV exposure, colour loss or bleeding during washing, and colour transfer through rubbing—so performance can be assessed for the conditions a carpet will actually face.
04 — Production controls
